Once you're on it, when you see the first crocodile enemy, perform a charge jump toward the platform in the upper right.

When you see the dragonfly, use it as a stepping stone to go left.

DK Coin
After exiting Bonus Area 2, jump right and perform a helicopter spin to reach the area with the vertical rope. Next, jump right and perform another helicopter spin to reach the platform where the DK Coin is located.
