After the "No Entry" sign, pick up the visible barrel and throw it at the wall on your right. Look for the single banana as a marker.

DK Coin
Swim to the right of the last seal, grab the ! barrel in the bottom-right corner, and swim as fast as you can following the bananas to catch your breath before your invincibility wears off to get the DK Coin.
