Located above the area where the coin dozers are positioned in a row on a narrow platform, just before the DK Coins. Reach the bonus barrel by teaming up.

Have the Bazooka on the right shoot an iron barrel to defeat it. There is a switch to switch the barrel above the Bazooka.
