Save
5 Starry, break the crystals, and collect 5 red Starry Coins. Turn the windmill atop the
hidden crystal. Complete the
final car course without falling into the magma.

In the first Ho-Oh battle, just keep following the crystal path and you'll meet Stary.
B
It's a little further ahead, on the platform to the right of the giant hedgehog.
Break the crystal at the bottom right of the square building to create a path up the building. Starry is waiting at the top.
You'll need a copy of the hammer. Drive all the stakes into the ground to open the path to Starry.
C
It's located along the path that sinks into the ground halfway through the Ring Hoobari.
The sinking path forms a loop; go around it to the right. Starry is waiting ahead.
Before entering the exit, go to the far left to find a hidden windmill. Blow into it to complete the mission.
D
Complete the mission by driving the Hoobari car through the final course without falling into the magma.
It appears midway through the second Car Hoobari. Be careful, as the platform collapses and becomes smaller.
You can rescue Starlie by collecting all the green Star Pieces in the Car Hoobari.
