Warp Barrel
Just before the first closed door, once the rising platform has fully risen, use Team Up to throw it upward.
Bonus Area 1
Go to the left of the first rope, and use Team Up to have Dixie throw you to the pull handle. Use the Helicopter Spin to reach the door.

After the checkpoint, climb the rope and proceed to the right.

If you stay on the left side of the final long pit, you’ll land in a small room partway down. Pull the handle to fully open the door above the enemies, then throw a steel barrel through the door.
