Warp Barrel
Immediately after the first green fish, stand on the skeletal framework, jump, and use Team Up to go to the top-left.
DK Coin
Use Team Slow Dixie to climb onto the hut at the starting point, grab the steel barrel on the roof, then jump while facing the coin to bounce off the right wall behind you.

Engard Barrel
After the second barrel enemy, fall into the water and enter the left EnGuard Barrel.

Bonus Area 1
Once you transform into an Engard, use a Super Dash to move forward to the bonus barrel at the far right.

Bonus Area 2
After defeating the two bugs, climb up to the high pier where the barrel enemy and the bird are located. Roll across the water surface as Dinky, and press the jump button just before entering the water to bounce on the surface. If you can bounce three times, you’ll reach the platform with the bonus.
