When you reach the first T-junction, head left.

After passing the checkpoint, a green bee is blocking the barrel’s path above. Knock it down with the barrel, then team up to enter the barrel.

Collect the item and proceed. When you encounter a blue enemy, you should see a ghost barrel on the ceiling. Use a spider web to climb up to it.

Throw the iron barrel to the top-right, then immediately enter the Ghost Barrel and land on top of the enemy (coin).
