It's located in the top-right corner as soon as you enter the water. Touch the fish, and the sea anemone will shrink, allowing you to collect the K.

Roll through the wall to go to the top-right, and it will appear after collecting all the bananas.

After the first checkpoint, grab the helmet penguin, climb onto the platform in the top-left corner, and throw the penguin to the right to open the path to the bonus area.

O is located right after the first checkpoint. Bounce off the platform to get it.

It’s located in the upper-right corner of the section where a school of jellyfish is swimming around the spiky obstacles.

Enter the large room filled with jellyfish. Collect all the bananas in the center of the rotating jellyfish, and the fourth puzzle piece will appear.

N is located just to the upper right of the fourth piece.

After obtaining the fourth puzzle piece, collect all the bananas floating on the water to make it appear.

After the second checkpoint, grab the Helmet Penguin, head back to the left, and throw it into the bag to make it appear.

Dive back underwater; there is a small cavity on the left, and a puzzle piece is on the surface.

In the section where fish are circling around the sea anemone, there is a hidden room inside the second circle. Enter the room from below and collect all the bananas to make it appear.
