Puzzle Piece 1
The first puzzle piece is inside the purple jar, but be careful—it’s guarded by a tricky enemy. When the enemy raises its hammer, roll into the jar to deal damage. Repeat this three times to defeat the enemy.

Use the bees as a stepping stone to get it.

Puzzle Piece 3
It’s located in the section where you traverse platforms sinking into lava. You can see it on the left, so use a rolling jump to cross over.

At the spot where three owls are lined up, you’ll get it by bouncing high when you step on the third one.
